Sprout sources ethically from farms producing the highest quality coffee (and tea), and who are committed to environmentally and ethically sound growing, harvesting and processing practices.
We support Fairtrade Premium coffee, purchasing above market value. Our aim is to ensure farmers receive a fair price that contributes to improving their individual and community livelihoods.
We avoid unnecessary waste by reusing our packaging, using reusable coffee tins, and recycling any remaining cardboard and plastic packaging.
We reduce CO2 emissions and waste to landfill by passing coffee grounds onto Melbourne Zoo and community gardens in other states to compost.
Our circular, ethical, sustainable approach is recognised and certified by leading global bodies.

All our coffee beans and teas are selected from 100% certified Fairtrade sources. This means they’ve been independently certified along the supply chain to help deliver stable prices, decent working conditions and empowerment for farmers and their communities.
